There are a number of different ways that you can get involved at CLM currently. See below for details on how you can play your part.
Life Groups
Life Groups are one of the key ways that we outwork Christ-centred Community at CLM. Currently the number of people interested in joining a group out-numbers the number of groups available.
We are therefore looking to develop and release new Life Group Leaders, along with people who would be interesting in hosting a Life Group to join us for Serving & Leading 2 this November. Please click the link below for more information, and to sign-up
CLM Kids
For Kids and Early Years Teams at Central we are looking to nearly double the size of both teams to strengthen what we can offer on Sundays. Our amazing Kids Teams serve hundreds of kids each week, and to do this well, it takes an army of volunteers!
For Kids and Early Years Teams at North we are looking for around 5 more people to offer their support as a family room host or as part of our Primary Kids team.

Missions and Outreach

Worship Team
In this ongoing season of multiplication, we are proactively seeking to grow the team of Musicians, Singers and Technicians that support our Central and North sites.

Early Discipleship Team
The Early Discipleship Team is a new initiative we are currently putting in place at CLM to assist with discipling new believers and helping them take their next step. This team will also assist in the journey of non-believers who are exploring faith/Jesus for the first time.

Sunday Hospitality Teams
Serving on a Sunday is more than just helping—it’s a privilege and a joy to create a welcoming space where lives are impacted!
At Coventry Central, we’re inviting passionate people to join our Car Park Team and be part of a dedicated events team to help at special gatherings like Praise & Prayer Evenings, Encounter Nights, and Dedication Services.
At Coventry North, we’re building a brand-new Car Park Team and seeking warm, friendly hosts to welcome, connect, and serve.
