Sunday Hospitality Teams
Serving on a Sunday is more than just helping—it’s a privilege and a joy to create a welcoming space where lives are impacted!
At Coventry Central, we’re inviting passionate people to join our Car Park Team and be part of a dedicated events team to help at special gatherings like Praise & Prayer Evenings, Encounter Nights, and Dedication Services.
At Coventry North, we’re building a brand-new Car Park Team and seeking warm, friendly hosts to welcome, connect, and serve.

Life Groups
Life Groups are one of the key ways that we outwork Christ-centred Community at CLM. They are one of the main points of connection, community and care for most people at CLM. Throughout the year, most groups will do a range of activities including Bible Studies, Socials, Book Studies, Short Courses and much more. We have groups meeting on various evenings in Coventry, Ruby and Leamington Spa as well as on Zoom. Please click the link below for more information, and to sign-up
Early Discipleship Team
The Early Discipleship Team is a new initiative we are currently putting in place at CLM to assist with discipling new believers and helping them take their next step. This team will also assist in the journey of non-believers who are exploring faith/Jesus for the first time.

Missions and Outreach

CLM Kids (Early Years and Primary)
Are you passionate about children and looking for a way to make a real difference in their lives through CLM Kids? Our amazing Kids Teams serve hundreds of children every week, creating a fun, nurturing, and faith-filled environment—but we need your help to do it well!
At both Central and North sites, we’re looking to nearly double the size of our Primary School and Early Years Teams to strengthen what we can offer on Sundays. It takes a dedicated team of volunteers to make it happen!
Whether you love teaching, supporting, or simply creating a welcoming space for kids to grow, there’s a place for you to serve and inspire the next generation.
Worship and Production Team
Here at CLM we are passionate for the Presence of God.
One of the reasons why we are so passionate about the Presence of God is because the Bible teaches us that everything in creation has a natural environment in which it thrives, and that the natural habitat in which the genius of human beings finds their purpose and fulfilment is in the Presence of God.
Encountering the Presence of God is essential to the wellbeing and spiritual growth of the individual believer and the corporate church. The CLM Worship Ministry, comprising of anointed and skilful musicians, singers, songwriters and technicians, through songs and lifestyles of worship provide an atmosphere of faith and help to give language to heartfelt love (worship), and adoration (praise) for God's Presence to fill our corporate gatherings.
